My article on the summer's real estate market is up on the NY Post's web site.
The gist of it is that the summer real estate market was slightly better than everyone expected -- down to '06 levels, but not anywhere near last year's levels. Part of the reason, however, is that a lot of new development that went to contract last year (or even earlier) finally closed this year. (So, no, we're not out of the woods. Not by a long shot.)
