To Die Fore

Your schlubby real estate correspondent has two stories in today's NY Post Home section.

The first is on new condos in Jersey City that start at $3.2 million for 2,800 square foot units, coming out to roughly $1,100 per square foot. (Stop rubbing your eyes.) Curbed was nice enough to link. (And I got to interview golfer Cristie Kerr!)

And while we were on the subject of Jersey City, I decided to check in on the other big deals out in that lovely city across the Hudson. Prices there are much more favorable (at least to the non-rich.) The units at the Beacon's Mercury Lofts start at $325 per square foot! And, having been to the building, I can say that they're really nice apartments. (The Real Deal was kind enough to link.)
