There's an Ap for that

I have to admit, when I first heard that Dolly Lenz was taking over sales at the Apthorp (which truly is a great and storied building in league with some New York classics like The Ansonia or The Osborne) I thought she was making a huge mistake.

Everybody I know in the real estate business said that the building was a loser. They had six weeks to beat the AG's office deadline and had only sold two units. There was no way.

But one should never underestimate the wily Ms. Lenz.

She not only sold the necessary real estate but is raking in $114 million for the building in the coming months.

How did she manage this feat? Read all about it!
